Meir Ariel retired from the IDF in 1993 as a Lieutenant Colonel after graduating from the Military Academy and serving as a battalion commander, and served in the reserves as the Golani Brigade's Chief of Staff. He managed a construction firm, has led A. Barak Security since 2007, and co-founded Bazelet, first as a department of A. Barak and later as an independent firm fully dedicated to medical cannabis.

Prof. Aharon (Ari) Eyal is a retired Professor of Applied Chemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and the author of 80 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters. He has been involved in more than 300 industrial projects across about 70 companies worldwide, including two decades with the agri-giant Cargill. The inventor of more than 200 patent families and applications, and founder of several startups, he serves as Bazelet's Chief Scientific Officer.

Ifat Balaban holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from Ben-Gurion University and brings two decades of commercial leadership across the pharmaceutical and medical cannabis industries. At Teva Pharmaceuticals she founded and led the company's medical cannabis business unit, and later held senior global sales, marketing and business development roles. At Bazelet she leads marketing and business development across regulated international markets.

Amos Varnai holds a bachelor's degree in economics and marketing from the University of Haifa and a master's in business administration and economics. He brings over 30 years of management experience across the public sector, and serves as Bazelet's Vice President of Quality and Regulation.

Shai Porat holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Haifa and brings nearly three decades of operations and supply chain leadership. As senior plant manager at Hadera Paper he ran the full operations chain across a site of more than 300 people, and earlier held senior roles at Alliance Tires, Delta and the Globe Group. At Bazelet he serves as Vice President of Supply Chain, overseeing supply chain and IT.

Etty Shushe Ariel is a certified practical engineer in Industrial Engineering and Management from the College of Management, and brings over three decades managing production and production planning across manufacturing facilities including Alliance Tires, Unidress and several textile plants. At Bazelet she heads the production facility in Or Akiva.

Dr. Noa Raz holds a PhD in neuroscience from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, has authored about 30 peer-reviewed papers, and is the inventor of more than 15 patent families. She spent ten years in the Neurology department at Hadassah Hebrew University Medical Center leading multidisciplinary research into neurological disease. At Bazelet she leads its program of clinical and preclinical studies of selected cannabinoid and terpene formulations.

Iso Heller earned her B.Pharm from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MSc in molecular biology and human genetics from the Sackler Faculty of Medicine, Tel-Aviv University. An experienced pharmacist and manager, she served as head pharmacist in a leading Israeli pharmacy chain. At Bazelet she heads the pharmaceutical division and product regulation.

Dr. Yiftach Finkelstein holds a D.Sc in biotechnology from the Technion and earlier degrees, both with distinction, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He brings decades of industrial process engineering and quality leadership, including more than a decade as a process engineer at Haifa Chemicals. At Bazelet he designed and built the automated extraction and distillation line, the first of its kind in the Middle East, and leads its engineering and operation.

Dr. Stanislav Popov holds a PhD in microbiology and molecular biology from Ben-Gurion University and brings over 30 years in the field, including a period as head of microbiology at the Israeli Ministry of Health. He has published across microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry and drug-discovery projects, and manages Bazelet's microbiology laboratory.

Inna Perutski holds a master's degree with honors in chemistry from Chisinau University and brings over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, including DMF approvals with the EMA, FDA and PMDA. At Bazelet she manages the analytical laboratory, leading the development and validation of analytical methods and providing analytical and regulatory support for new projects.

Marina Aspler holds a bachelor's degree in life sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA. She brings extensive experience in quality and regulation across pharmaceuticals, medical preparations and medical cannabis. At Bazelet she is responsible for product registration and regulation for new products, GMP quality management and QP batch release.

Elias Dawod holds a B.Sc. in biotechnology and is a validation engineer specializing in pharmaceuticals and cell cultures. He has extensive experience in process and system validation and in the mapping and monitoring of temperature-controlled equipment for the storage and transport of cannabis under GMP and GDP conditions. At Bazelet he leads validation across equipment and processes.
