Bazelet's manufacturing plant in Or Akiva is the largest cannabis production site in the Middle East. It holds IMC-GMP certification from the IMCA and EU-GMP certification from the Polish regulator, and runs on industrialized, proprietary technology built for accurate, consistent products at scale. The site has dedicated clean rooms, a processing capacity of around 200 tons of flower per year, and extraction capacity of around 20 tons per year. Our in-house laboratories test every batch of raw material and finished product.
Our facility in Malta holds EU-GMP certification from the Maltese authorities and supports reliable supply into Europe and other regulated markets. Across both sites we run a strict quality program from incoming materials through to finished product.
Cannabis flower is hard to reproduce. Its composition shifts with growing conditions, it is limited by plant genetics, and many useful cannabinoid and terpene compositions cannot be grown at all. For a partner who needs the same product batch after batch, that variability is the core problem.
Bazelet solves it with several patented technologies. Our proprietary grinding and homogenizing process turns flower into large, uniform batches of ground material, sized for pre-rolls or vaporizers, where every portion has the same composition.
A pre-roll labeled 22% THC then actually contains 22% THC, in every unit. With loose flower, that number is only the batch average, so any single unit can run higher or lower.
Our patented pre-roll production line produces thousands of identical units an hour, and by blending precisely analyzed ground flower from different strains, we build defined compositions to a target spec, including ones that cannot be achieved by cultivation alone.
