Bazelet Group is committed to making its website usable for people with disabilities, in the belief that every person has the right to live with equality, dignity and independence.
We invest effort and resources to make this site a simple, accessible and welcoming experience for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
This accessibility statement is published in accordance with Regulation 35E of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, together with the physical-accessibility provisions of Regulations 34 and 91(E) of those Regulations, to the extent they apply to our premises. As Bazelet Group is an international group, the website accessibility adjustments were also carried out in alignment with the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), in particular Article 9, which requires that information systems and the internet be made accessible, and with reference to globally accepted standards, including the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and, in the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The adjustments follow Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, the standard referenced by the Regulations, and the site additionally aims to meet the more recent WCAG 2.1 guidelines at level AA.
Every page includes a dedicated accessibility menu, opened from the button at the lower-left corner of the screen. Through it, visitors can enlarge or reduce the text size, turn on a high-contrast display, highlight links, switch to a more readable font, enlarge the cursor, and pause animations. In addition, the site:
Audio accessibility for people who are blind or visually impaired: the site's code is optimised for leading screen readers, enabling clear, automatic audio description of the content, menus, controls and forms on each page.
Accessibility for people who are deaf or hard of hearing: for any video or audio content presented on the site (to the extent such content exists), Bazelet Group provides text alternatives, such as captions / subtitles or a full transcript of the relevant content.
For the best experience with screen-reading software, we recommend using a current, up-to-date screen reader of your choice (for example NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver). A permanent link to this statement appears in the footer of every page on the site.
At the date of this statement, Bazelet Group does not claim a formal exemption from web-accessibility requirements. If a formal exemption is claimed in future, the exemption form, the supporting professional opinion, and the alternative accessibility arrangement provided will be published here. Where specific content is not fully accessible (see "Known limitations" below), an accessible alternative is offered on request.
Despite our ongoing efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, downloadable certificate documents (PDF) are issued by external regulatory authorities and certified bodies in their own format and may not meet every accessibility criterion. If you need the information contained in any such document, please contact us using the details below and we will provide it in an accessible format, or via audio description as necessary. We continue to work to improve the accessibility of the site.
The accessibility of this site was implemented during its development and is reviewed and overseen by Adv. Iris Goldberg, Legal Counsel, Compliance Officer & Accessibility Coordinator of Bazelet Group (contact details below). The most recent accessibility review was conducted on 14 June 2026, and the next periodic review is planned for June 2027.
The Bazelet Group manufacturing facility at 35 HaIlan Street, Or Akiva, is a controlled production site and is not open to the general public. Entry is permitted by prior approval only. On occasion (typically no more than once or twice a year, and subject to business needs) pre-arranged group visits take place.
For approved visits, the site provides a step-free, accessible entrance, an accessible toilet and a lift. Accessible parking can be arranged on advance written request: as this is a medical-cannabis production facility, every visit is approved and coordinated in advance in any case, so a request made at that stage allows us to reserve accessible parking for the visit.
A visitor who requires an accessibility accommodation for an approved visit is invited to contact the accessibility coordinator in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to arrange it.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the site, or you need a specific accommodation, we would be glad to hear from you. Please contact our accessibility coordinator:
